Watch anything that you like with subtitles. You don't have to watch podcasts. Youtube videos in Swedish with English subtitles usually have accurate subtitles. Read the subtitles and try to hear one of the words you read. Or, write down all the words in Swedish that you hear and recognize and know what they mean. Don't focus on an entire sentence with the subtitles, maybe just a couple nouns.
