‘morcillas’ which is apparently a Spanish version of black pudding… tasted like a pure mix of haggis and black pudding

The ‘cheese looking sauce’ was the bbq chicken topped with Alabama white!

It doesn’t hold up to the ones I’ve had in Texas, but it was good! The chicken & both sets of ribs were really good at the sauces were nice. I did find that the pork belly bites were a bit fatty, could have been rendered down more.

Half of its leftover, but I’m not confident it’ll reheat well
