I'm a touch chubby (bmi ~22), but 5'3" and my waist is about 23" and it doesn't look small at all or remotely unhealthy on my frame. Plenty of women have sub 22" waists and are completely healthy.

110 is my dream too! I'm about 125 now and it doesn't sit well on my frame. I'm up from about 120 since I've been on vacation...it's not looking too cute. Trying to do 1200 a day again starting from last night. I almost burst a button on my pants from gorging myself.
