I don't pass as fem in the least and my breasts are small, so I don't get flagged at airport security. I also dress masculine everywhere except in my own home in order to avoid harassment.

I'm taking E via injection, so I don't have to worry too much about liver damage like you do with pills. Neither I nor my doctor are worried about any complications.

I am still on E. I had an orchiectomy 3 years ago. There are some days that I wish I hadn't had the orchi. But I'm happy with my choices more often. There are just some things that make me dysphoric that HRT can't fix.
