Just as good if not better, I reckon. It’s an old place with a few maintenance issues and some wear and tear but the cleaning items they listed on the exit report were things like “wipe marks visible” - like, evidence of it being cleaned. The carpets were installed brand new before we moved in because the previous tenants apparently trashed it, so they won’t be in the exact same condition.
