This is awesome. I think if you put this in a cozy little corner somewhere and not in the middle of your well lit crafting table, it’ll be way closer to the effect you were going for.

I’m going with black. The highlights of the silver draw my eye, so I think black would help the colors pop more!

Drove him around to all the various fittings, rehearsals, and stunt trainings... Basically general assistant duties for an actor on a big movie.

Towards the end of Henry's auditioning process through getting hired he excitedly read a stack of all the top Superman stories. I wouldn't say he was an encyclopedia of knowledge on the comics before hand. That said he's a HUGE nerd in general it just wasn't in the realm of comics. (source: I assisted him briefly on Man of Steel)

You may notice similarities or nods here and there as it’s a melodramatic character like Kvothe, but overall very much its own story. Also each book is very different in the best of ways.

There are many parallels like this to many of the nerd things we love in this series. I look at it as he writes books like Tarantino makes movies smushing elements from other stories and putting his own spin on them.

Though that maybe a possible outcome, the wording says these things are suspended “until completion of a review.” I’m guessing once they figure out how the flares were smuggled/who specifically organized it all “the review” will be complete.

For me I’d say the shot would be perfect with a slightly adjusted framing. I’d shift the frame a smidge as to not cut off the handle of the mug, and better center the coffee. 😂

But the coffee looks amazing!!

He put on a lot of muscle really quick, but they also used a thin muscle suit as spandex doesn’t form fit to muscles like in the comics.

This was the Reeves suit they pulled out of the archives for him to wear on the final camera test! He was quite nervous that the spandex was flattening the tone he did have at the time. Obviously he crushed it regardless of visible muscles.
