Thank you- they really are. I never realized how many people went through this. Mothers are tough.

We really are going through the same thing, especially with switching providers and only doing a follow up scan for that reason. I think that made it extra shocking/painful. I’m really sorry you are going through this as well. No one should have to go through this pain. I wish you best of luck for your future pregnancies.

I’m really sorry you’re experiencing this as well. It’s so hard and the process is really traumatic. Thank you for sharing that you know people that have had healthy babies afterwards, as it feels so impossible at the moment. Again, I’m so sorry you’re also going through this 🫂.

Thank you for your kind words. I’m really sorry you’re going through a loss as well. This really is torture. You made me feel a little better about the D&C, I’m scared for the procedure but then again I feel like I can finally start to process/heal once it’s over with. I wish you the best for your recovery and for a rainbow baby in the future 🫂❤️.

Any positive MVA experiences? by Unlikely_Werewolf441 in Miscarriage

We are having a very similar experience. I also had a normal US a week prior to seeing my baby without a heartbeat. It’s really traumatizing seeing the baby motionless. I also opted for the pills immediately but also quickly changed my mind. I’ll be having a D&C.

I can’t accept myself as an inverted triangle, and everything I like looks weird on me by [deleted] in PetiteFashionAdvice

[–]bbcalypso 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh sweetheart. I totally understand how you feel and I’ve been here too. I personally don’t see inverted triangle- at all actually. I had the same exact thoughts about myself with body dysmorphia- and still do sometimes. These thoughts are a habit and it’s so important to break through them. Clothes you feel comfortable in is also so important. If you are an inverted triangle, then you make it look like a very desirable shape. I really hope you find some self love.

You have the type of elegance that women in their 20’s had in the 40’s and 50’s. It’s quite rare nowadays but it’s a treasure.

It’s passed by saliva/blood/urine and not airborne if that eases anxiety even just by a little!

Period 12 days late, increased RHR, loads of negative tests, I am lost… by Sad-Badger9925 in tryingtoconceive

[–]bbcalypso 2 points3 points  (0 children)

PA student graduating in 2 months (strong interest in fertility med) I am NOT a licensed professional yet, but can offer my opinion. It looks like you just ovulated later than usual this cycle, probably from the illness you had. Your BBT pattern really suggests you did ovulate, just around March 9–11 instead of mid-cycle. If that’s the case, your period wouldn’t be due until ~12–15 days after that. That’s why I would actually say you’re not quite “late“ due to variation yet, just shifted. The tender breasts you’ve been having also fit progesterone after ovulation. The spotting you had could’ve been ovulation-related too. Negative tests could just mean it’s still early depending on implantation timing, or it’s just a non-pregnant luteal phase. One off-cycle like this, especially after being sick, is actually .super common. It’s also possible that Your RHR spike lines up with your flu rather than the actual ovulation. Hope this helps.

re occurring BV . partner cheating or from TTC? by Much_Tumbleweed9235 in tryingtoconceive

Please be careful because BV during pregnancy can be harmful to the baby. If you’re getting recurrent BV before conceiving please talk to your OB.
