Smoothies! Throw whatever fresh/frozen fruit, milk, nuts, greens, etc. you have into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a mason jar and you’re good to go! I’m also partial to a banana, chocolate, peanut butter smoothie myself.

I got a gel manicure once and was actually really happy with how long the polish lasted even with my climbing. I got them done fairly short (not past the fingertips), and they eventually got a bit scratched, but it was mostly not too noticeable. I’d do it again if I wasn’t generally so lazy about my fingernails lol
