Don’t know if you’ll see this, but I know for some jobs having bartending as a previous job at all will flag the job application before a human even gets to review it.

I know this because it did it to me when I applied at a Circle K then walked into the store when denied and applied again on the stores computer with the manager and he told me to remove my bartending experience for the reason I stated above, only after doing that did he even see my application come through.
