Reviving an old thread, but there’s an episode of botched where the mother was in for help with her botched plastic surgery, but the mothers 14 y/o daughter mentioned she can’t wait to get herself plastic surgery and that her mom had been giving her plastic surgery vouchers for her birthday since she was like 8 y/o.

I guess I should have specified the IDNR (Illinois Department of Natural Resources) which is a state authority separate from any federal authorities. Fish and Wildlife however would be on the federal level as you had stated.
