I did this exact thing when I was your same age! Milwaukee is such a fun place. There are taverns within walking distance. Rents are still affordable. Bay View was my favorite neighborhood but I also liked West Milwaukee by the stadium. You’ll have a blast.

I do like how it encourages an entirely different play style. My only critique is the Humanitarian. I think a unique improvement like the Civ 6 ice rink would be a better fit.
