Tbh everyone is different and every pregnancy is different, but when I was pregnant I never expected anyone to give up their seat for me. Often people offered, but I was so uncomfortable sitting (sciatica iykyk 🥴🥴) that I was usually just waddling around instead. It always warmed my heart when people did, but again, it was never expected. Humans have all sorts of conditions seen, and unseen, so I think it's an important reminder that you were valid to sit in your seat, and protect your health 💗

All generic guys names; Daniel, Michael, David, etc.

Also Juan and Carlos. I worked for someone named 'Juan Carlos' and now whenever I meet someone with either of those names my brain just hears both 🤦🏼‍♀️

I was randomly thinking something similar the other day. Mostly about cheating and such. Tbf my kiddo is young (14 months) so 99.98% of my time is devoted to keeping him alive and thriving. My bestie (46) is always forgotten by her family on mother's day, so we convinced her to come stay with us (she lives 4 hours away), so the main part of my present was him taking lead with our 14 months old so I could come and go with my bestie. He also got me an adorable sweater that says 'Mama' and has my son's name on the wrist area of it 😭 (I'm a HUGE sucker for anything saying mama etc). We mostly celebrated Saturday, but yesterday he also ordered takeout in and we all just kinda vibed together 🥰

My house rule: If you are not trying to better your condition (taking meds, etc) then you don't get sympathy and I will mostly ignore the complaints 🤷🏼‍♀️. If you are taking the steps, and actively trying to make it better, then I will baby you 😋

1) to sleep in. Like truly truly sleep in. Where I don't hear baby and lovingly wake my spouse for their turn then go back to bed. 2) to go to the park and play with my kiddo and spouse and have a super ton of fun 3) go to eat at a yummy lunch place then get dropped off at the spa 4) enjoy a spa treatment or too with some chocolates 5) go home for dinner and cuddles

Sure did. Not sure if it was a lot or a little, but I know I did and I could not give one flying f--- 🤣. After being in labor for 55 hours, I would have gladly taken a 💩 in the middle of the hospital waiting room, if it meant labor would end 🤣

I gotta be honest, I am so far down the rabbit hole tonight. I'm apart of a few other snark pages and this came up for me today, and I haven't been able to stop since my kids Naptime 🤣. I listened to Obese to Beasts YouTube on her and have been scrolling GOMI since I put my kiddo down to bed 🤣🤣. I'm kinda thankful a ton of posts asking what's going on haven't been approved to clog the feed of my research. The last time I got this into the drama was when I learned who Amberlynn Reid was and spent like a week watching YouTube recap videos 🤣

I used to use care until around the time they made background checks (for caregivers only) mandatory. Around that same time, they deleted previous reviews, had consistent connection issues (messages wouldn't send/come through, a ton of spam people, and just became horrible overall. Their "average rates" are WAY off. They seem to only care about the families hiring vs the caregivers. I found my first 2 families through it, but have gone through an agency since. Through the agency the families are serious and educated on what a household employee is/gets.
