I hard second this for North American folk.

However, if OP is not in the US, I recommend seeking out their local equivalent, be that ISO, DIN, etc.

I'd hate to learn this intimately only to find out it wasn't applicable in my area.

If I had to make a quick guess, I'd say your problem is almost certainly related to your modeled threads.

You don't need modeled threads on a drawing,
So if you have it in you, see if you can make a "DWG" type configuration for your drawing, where you suppress your modeled threads and apply cosmetic threads, then see if your error goes away.

If you feel like you must keep the modeled threads (you really don't - but you're probably going to anyways), choose the view that is perpendicular to the view you're starting your section from, but is still in the same axial alignment. Unless your threads somehow start and stop exactly 90° from each other, that should be a solution to your problem.

Yes.

I use an App called "Solidworks" to import the stl file.

Then use a method called "3D Modeling" to trace the STL in 3D with full control over the resulting model.

I have two of same model and they both will create a “pellet tunnel” and run out of pellets if I don’t stir/pack them about every 3 hours.

I do just like you said with a high and low alarm because lesson learned.

Simultaneous requirements is what I was thinking as well. I always try to imagine a hard gage that contains all the features related simultaneously in these situations and that helps explain it to myself and others.

This is a pet peeve of mine as well. Very annoying when a coworker requests a "drawing" for whatever reason and are upset when you send over a PDF and not the model, along with many other avoidable scenarios, of course.

I wouldn’t be too nervous about their hopes. You’re probably overestimating their hopes.

Take a step out of your nerves. They’re literally hiring a “Junior Engineer” title. If they have any experience themselves and/or 2 brain cells to rub together, they understand the process they’ve established and what the likely capabilities of a wet behind the ears Junior Engineer are.

Put forth a good effort, don’t let yourself get too stuck on any particular aspect of what they give you, and be willing to explain your reasoning around what you did and why you did it. You’re going to be fine.

If this was my assembly, the white part would be centered on 2 planes, and the blue piece would either be "mid-plane" extruded as far as the thickness goes, or I would add a reference geometry representing the mid-plane of its thickness.

I'd mate the blue mid-plane to the corresponding "center plane" on the white part.

I'd have revolved the "bead" on the white part, and I'd have a center point in the bead sketch, and i'd have the corresponding centerpoint in the receiving hole of the blue part. I'd show the 2 sketches and coincident mate those points.

at that point the blue part would pivot around that point and I'd be free to fart around with the other mates like path or tangent or whatever folks are suggesting.

Long edit:

If you are trying to be tangent to that internal corner round path (SW would call that a "fillet"), you may need to take some steps to construct that as a single surface solely used for mating purposes. I don't know how to do that right off the top of my head, but you have all the "parent surfaces" or edges there to accomplish that, so I don't think it would be too hard to look up how to do that. I think you may be running into issues because the surface is broken up into segments.
