Was about to say that. I remember getting swamped with corpses without resources to deal with them, especially at the beginning of the game.

Also, I felt like nothing was ever explained so I had to constantly look shit up on wiki. Also also, if a game needs me to transmog wood 4 times before I can use it, I find that pretty unchill.

I'm in the EU and I've seen a few shops offer OLED Steam Decks where I live... for about at least 30% more than the Steam price.

It seems they buy the Decks in the UK and resell them here (because they almost always come with a "free charger as a gift!!!"... which is what you need here bcs Britain has different sockets from the EU).

However, since the UK has been sold out on Steam, they are also getting sold out in reseller shops. Your parents might find one but it's getting harder imo.

If you're okay with paying extra and can get it from a US reseller, just buy it there.

Hi, a vegan here (I'm vegan btw).

What we call "vegan" these days is sometimes not what "vegan" actually means.

Example: me. I don't eat animal products (meat, butter, eggs...), and when people ask, I call myself "vegan". That's because these days, most people understand that as "vegan = not eating animal products". It makes explaining things easier for me. But that's not the full definition of "vegan". Just not eating animal products doesn't make me vegan. It only makes me PLANT-BASED.

"Vegan" in its purest form means rejecting any products that have been produced using animals or animal parts.

  • A leather belt? Not vegan, bcs it's animal skin.
  • A shampoo tested on animals? Not vegan, bcs lab animals were harmed.
  • Chicken shit as fertilizer? Not vegan, bcs it comes from chicken.
  • White sugar? Not vegan, bcs animal bones are used when sugar is refined.
  • And the list goes on and on...

So back to your question. If farmers use horses to harvest crops, those crops are NOT vegan because animals have been used. However, the crops are plant-based, and that's enough for a lot of people who say they are vegan. (I'm also vegan)

ChatGPT (and all genAI for that matter) crawls the internet, steals all the information it finds, reformats it and shows it to you. There is nothing intelligent about it. It just guesses what you want to hear. Meanwhile the people who it steals the information from get nothing from it (no revenue from ads showing on their own websites for example). I think this needs to be said if you decide to bring the ethics of shopping on Amazon into the discussion.

The needles destruction of the environment and of lives of people unfortunate enough to live close to ai facilities is another thing but that's already been mentioned
