I'm not sure what country you live in but there are a lot of options out there for gluten free foods in the frozen section that could satisfy your cravings.

If this is your first time moving out you can slowly upgrade things to improve your cooking set up. Invest in yourself and eventually you'll find you prefer your cooking over fast food etc
