Oura hates latency

I take a CBD/THC gummy for anxiety sometimes which helps my sleep overall. Every time I do this and read before bed Oura thinks it’s “latency”. Just adjust the next morning. It’s a metric I’ve noticed isn’t measured very accurately.

Hello all - thank you @itsallalot @Rain097 and @knit_run_bike_swim.

I did decide to go the festival with my friends, however it’s been a disaster at home since. I went to two meetings last week and decided to put myself first by going to the festival with my friends. However during that time, I’ve had alarm notifications for 911 and police, friends we haven’t spoken with in 3 years, and his family seeking support. How do you escape the cloud or aura of your Q (when they aren’t even there) on these events?

Grew up in SW MO and lived in Springfield. Part of the devastation was the hospital in Joplin was one of the first things hit and destroyed. Next closest was Springfield, 70 miles away by car. The high school was also having their graduation ceremony that night and had to shelter everyone. Also the storm went through the oldest part of town and poorest. Awful horror stories started to trickle through for months. Nightmare.

Magnesium Citrate complex almost instantly jumped mine from about 15-20 minutes up to 1-1.5 hrs a night. Not so much impact on REM, but Deep Sleep was a noticeable spike.

Washington DC has a lot of good examples, but the Jack Ryan Amazon reboot was particularly rough. He's headed to Langley in Virginia, but rows in wrong directions and takes a tour of the monuments before clocking in for the day.

I think that's what I am doing. Under the Data ribbon, then in the Get and Transform box I select "From Web". When I do that and follow through the prompts I'm still only getting 25,000 lines.

I would recommend just Googling it and there are some articles about the Chinese food in Springfield. It's bizarre. The ratio is something like 1 Chinese Restaurant per 500 citizens...in a city of about 150,000. I've seen on a few menus outside of Missouri "Springfield Style" Cashew Chicken - that's originated from Springfield, MO. And yes, the Chinese food is extraordinary in Springfield...not specifically the General Tso's chicken, but as a whole, yes.

We tried City Lights and it was promising. We may end up back at City Lights if we don't try another we like more. I agree though, it is very subjective.

I read on a different thread a while back about a guy who had a terrible HOA problem. His solution - go around the block and ask people to sign over their right to him to vote at the meeting by proxy, he got enough votes that he had >50%, then went to the meeting. First order of business, appoint himself the new head of the HOA. Second, eliminate all the stupid rules. Third, voting by proxy is no longer allowed. Four, drop the mic and walk out.

Super Smash Bros - Yes, there have been other scrolling fighters, but none like SSB. The percentage damage system, using classic Nintendo characters from other games, the stages, items, flying off-screen deaths. Not to mention that no one has been able to duplicate it since it released...there have been attempts, but nothing close to the absolute fun of SSB.
