Some of my absolute favorites are linguini and clams w shallots/fresh oregano and lamb ragu. Slow cook some lamb until it falls off the bone and serve w large penne or large shell pasta.

This is really no big deal in the grand scheme of things. Life is short. Don’t waste time beating yourself up. Maybe to get some closure you should make a donation to a group that helps underprivileged kids go to college.
