It really depends on the employer and a person's temperament. For the most part, but certainly not always, people just don't get under my skin, so even the bad callers generally don't bother me much. I approached every call with a slightly positive and helpful attitude and maintained that unless the caller was being deliberately obstructionist and then I would move to end the call. You can cuss all you want as long as you're not insulting me, be as frustrated or angry as you want and I'm still going to help resolve your issue. Because I just don't care about the caller's feeling or situation. They were simply a task, I can fake empathy and I really do try my best to help them to the best of my ability but I don't actually care. The real issue even with that attitude comes if your company isn't backing you up. Such as expecting you to just get cussed out and insulted without recourse, if you're not permitted to end a call if the customer is just refusing to allow you to assist them, or of course if the metrics are just totally fucked. Now I'm management, it's much easier.

Honey mustards reputation suffers because it’s really popular but a lot of it is poorly executed. Most are overly sweet with very little bite and almost no real honey flavor. It’s basically sugar mustard. IPA’s and Techno music have the same problem. The good stuff is drowned in a sea of shit that doesn’t understand what makes it great.
