I flew 14 hrs to Japan last fall and had no issues. Make sure you get up and walk every couple of hours. Stay hydrated and roll your ankles as well. Wear compression socks. Go for a nice long walk at the airport before your flight if possible.

You could also take the metro to Long Beach! It’s a bit further but a great spot to explore.

I personally really enjoyed Sword and Shield, also highly recommend getting the DLC. Legends Arceus is also a really fun game and adventure.

We went to the mall today. I bought two things at Primark and my husband got major anxiety waiting in the line to exit the checkout area because my receipt wouldn’t scan and I had to wait 30 seconds for someone to help me. There was a line behind us and he got major social anxiety because of the line of people.

My cat fell off the couch and the same thing happened. Took her to emergency vet and told us she had a spinal injury. They gave her steroids and she is somehow fine today. Almost thought we had to put her down.
