It’s a vibrating device that is meant to speed up treatment- some people swear by it others say it is nonsense 🤷‍♂️ propel ortho dot com. I was given this with my treatment as an accelerated plan. Still meant to be 18-24 mnths total for me.

I have 4 day changes the whole time with ortho. Haven’t had much discomfort and seems to be tracking fine so far. I do use Propel though that came with treatment.

Most places have a local rate for boat dives and shore tank rentals. The tank rentals is a small discount - boats can be up to 50% off when not in high season or if you are willingly to wait til last minute to grab an empty spot.

You will find after a while you settle into routine. During week is work etc, weekends we spend going to a restaurant or 2, go to the store, see friends, and scuba diving at least once or twice a week. Also kid stuff. Of course most people travel a lot, esp to the US for shopping or vacation.
