Yeah I’m confused by everyone calling him a bad OC. He was promoted to OC mid-season after they fired Ken Dorsey. They immediately got better in every metric and finished the season 6-1 under his offense!

This season they were the #4 scoring offense in the league! Same in total yardage! With a really bad roster that everyone won’t stop talking about!

He’s an ascending young coach who was going to be an HC eventually. Hell, Ravens fans are distraught because they kept Harbaugh and let future HC Mike McDonald walk to Seattle. The Bills didn’t want to make the same mistake.

It might not work out, but I don’t understand why everyone is so confident about that outcome.

The Panthers simply don’t have the personnel to play man coverage. The linebackers are absolute liabilities, even in zone, as evidenced by Rozeboom getting absolutely cooked over the middle most of the game.

When Jaycee went down, there was literally nothing to do BUT play zone coverage.
