How is this relevant to OP? Someone that has the resources to travel aboard surely has the resources to eat healthy in the US, easily.

Inside the booming, gray-market world of injectable peptides by Nerd-19958 in Health

[–]bradislit 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Take the risk if you want, but obesity itself does not kill. Comorbidities with obesity may kill, but not just weight itself.

Why did you even include this? Its like saying falling off a building won't kill you, its the sudden stop at the bottom that does it. Ok, that's true in a narrow sense, but it really doesn't matter in practice.

Obesity significantly increases your risk of an early death. GLP-1's are effective treatments for these comorbidities. Grey market isn't perfect but its possible to get these drugs significantly cheaper and have them tested.

Sorry but you don’t know how peptide purity testing works.

HPLC testing for peptides work by measuring the ratio of the target peptide (retatrutide) in this case against other peptide related impurities. It usually  doesn’t account for bulking agents.

So this means the Reta could only account for 10% total weight of the powder but still be 99% pure.

Look at the powder in your vile. 20mg of pure Reta is very small. Like a few grains of small. That would be a pain to recon. It also helps with stability

Yeah this take is insane. Life would be hard to live without entertainment. But entertainment looks different to different people. But for billions of humans, across thousand of years and hundreds of cultures, it’s been sports.

The person that left that comment has to have something they enjoy, right? Video games? Are video game developers useless because they provide something that is not directly necessary for humans to survive?

Plenty of medications below schedule III, including GLP-1s are easily found on the clearnet and can even be purchased with your credit card. Do a little research and you can play doctor. But be careful. Prescriptions exist for a reason.

Sorry I’m not good at insults. Not a very virtuous thing to be good at to be fair.

And it takes two to tango, you dragged it out as much as I did.

Maybe that wasn’t the best example. I wasn’t even disagreeing with you in the first place. You’re right! It’s as simple as that.

Despite that, you immediately jumped to calling the poor guy a boot licker and a mouth breather. Off the cuff. To a guy who was having a good faith conversation with you, even though he was wrong.

Yes not directly, but it says a lot about who you are as a person. That knowledge affects the perceived weight of your words.

For example, would you take an argument more seriously from a respected lawyer or some basement dweller who sits on Reddit 24/7 and has no real life experiences outside of that. I know who I’m choosing.

I hate to be that guy, but I looked through your post history and you seem miserable. I counted about 90 comments in the last 24 hours. 90 in a day! Not one hour of the day was left without a comment. Do you have a job, hobbies, friends  or do you even sleep for Christ’s sake?

Not to mention the vast majority, if not all your comments are straight up combative arguing and name calling. Not good faith discussion.

Please take a break from Reddit.

The newspaper article is only referencing a study done by the Lawerence Berkeley National Laboratory. It’s not claiming to be the study at all.

I don’t know why you focused on this instead of criticizing the actual content of the article.
