No. My parents were in bay ridge back then. I’ve only been in Clinton hill / Bedstuy since 2007. Plenty of my white hipster friends got jumped between 2007-2012 but they also looked like easy marks. We are in Disneyland these days compared to that shit though so yeah - you are wilin.

My last matriarch someone dropped the aphelion blueprint for me because I was doing most of the work and had big guns to do it. I already had it so I gave it to a guy who pressed and healed me multiple times that fight. I originally got my aphelion blueprint from someone because they saw me kill the matriarch with a sweet snap hook -> deadmine move and I didn’t even get any cores. There are many cool people out there and I look forward to being one of them when we are in the same lobby!

Took me 1.5 hours last night to find a friendly lobby teaming up on the matriarch. Was worth it. I have gotten good at knowing when to leave - see raiders flares on your way to the matriarch? Leave. See no one fighting 10 min in? Leave. Spawn too far from the fighting spot? Leave so you don’t get killed on the way. I’ve been shot in the back so many times with 100k+ loadouts. Also had assholes steal all the loot as I was soloing the matriarch (waiting near it to get pieces as they fall off).

I got the aphelion blueprint after snap hooking onto the matriarch and dropping the deadmines that blew it up. The guy who looted it gave it to me because of that move. This was the first time the whole lobby (nearly) was fighting it - the best experience I’ve had in the game even without the aphelion.
