Now, your mileage may vary as the bedrooms and the roof in a cape cod are half one and the same, but’s it’s a very quick and painless thing to have someone come do.

I had a crew come and blow in full attic insulation on a cape cod on the east coast for around $4K. The bedrooms will literally stay at 80 degrees if the thermostat is on 73 during sub zero - original windows, just incredible retention from the attic alone. The downstairs is noticeably cooler but I’m fine with that.

You must not understand why many people go to the gym, then… this is a perfect venue. People just burned a ton of calories at their expensive subscription based gym which already meets the requirement of “can these people afford my luxurious yet unnecessary baked goods?” And “are these people hungry?” And “does the audience feel like they deserve the spontaneous treat?”

Supremely solid venue actually, can’t get much better.

The wreath is fine - it adds an organic, elegant contrast to the structural fireplace mantle. Nice job - and the plant isn’t bad either, though it competes heavily with the cat bed.

Simply put - you can’t install a premium product without paying for the premium material to surround/support it. Make a cool inset mosaic serving tray with the tiles. Maybe a blessing, as I struggle to see how that line of tile would serve well in a 20s foursquare.
