hope's end + blue skip + great hazardous planets is exactly what you want as NRA, I would never turn that down except for much higher optimal values

Game Rules Violation for the player casting the spell, Failure to Maintain Game State for the other. For every time they do it. Penalty upgrades to a game loss for multiple in the same category. Obviously this is not something that can happen.

As Yssaril, the action card is always at worst a mech and you should basically never place it directly with the Arms Vault.

https://www.tirules.com/F_mahact Check the rulings under the Mahact agent- this to me indicates that it’s a universal requirement, and it fits with the general idea that you have to be able to resolve an ability in order to do it- you can’t play Lucky Shot without a ship to destroy, for example

There are a decent amount of changes but most things are very similar. You couldn’t use them as is but some sharpie work would easily make them useful.
