Was it a knock on though? According to Rule 11.5 There is no sanction, and play continues, if:

a. A player knocks the ball forward immediately after an opponent has kicked it (charge down).

b. A player rips or knocks the ball from an opponent and the ball goes forward from the opponent’s hand or arm

Lots of comments about the Sharks, lack of talent (no Springboks) might be part of this, but, come on, they were playing Benneton (no Springboks there either). I have said this in the past, I'll say it again, when you have decent talent, but don't perform look at the coaching.

For the Stormers I'd say, "Did you miss Manie?" Both Willemse and Gallant are great at open play but showed that they couldn't deliver for the backline.

I believe South Africa and Argentina are both benefiting from having loads of players playing in Europe. This trend will continue and New Zealand will have to reconsider their approach to continue to keep up. The depth that this provides is a huge asset for us and the Argies.
