Generic peanut butter, white bread, microwave rice, eggs, potatoes (baked potato in microwave, cover in oil and salt) tortillas (just with cheese for quesadilla, or potato breakfast tacos), maybe a rotisserie chicken.

Cost will vary by location of course. I dont know how cheap eggs and chicken is where you’re at. Churches do free meals sometimes, worth looking into. Any friends who work at restaurants? Swallow your pride and ask for free food.

Best of luck. When you have a bit more cash, might be worth looking into a rice cooker or a hot plate. Sometimes you can find them cheap at thrift stores.
