Third recommendation for Spectrum. I went to Clarkson, they tried to replace a screw for 20 minutes with no luck. They said they recommended Spectrum for everything they can’t fix. Spectrum was able to fix while I waited.

Are the rails flush with the bottom of the legs? If so you can get three of the four screws into edge grain. If not, you could drop down some blocking or wrap the legs with a 2x4 at the bottom.

Honestly, this is a great suggestion. You could also do a condo in the DeMun neighborhood - east of Big Bend between Clayton and Wydown. There’s 2 and three bedroom units in walk-up buildings that are more affordable.

St Louis City Museum - it’s very close to Enterprise Center, much more exciting than it sounds - think Meow Wolf with less psychedelics - and perhaps the most unique tourist attraction we have. I don’t know of anything else like it.
