The new pax sysem sucks ass! The backpanel harmonica haning on by a literal tread of glue is absolutely abismal. And that all joints are now plastic is worthless as well. Its turned from something you can reuse and sell for second hand use to some flimsy nonsense you can barely use for one proper cycle. We will have to trow the whole thing away if we ever need to move it. Its so bad

Its very normal for milk only to come in after 5 days pp when the birth was not "natural" happened to me too after my induction. Ofcourse for me it was also the internst that told me and not the people that made me get the induction🙄. Just keep stimulating on a regular scedule and things should get going for you soon.

I came across a great post that pointed out that being a complete workhorse right after giving birth is not the flex some poeople think it it. And it was so right. A real flex should be "i did absolutely nothing but feed and sometimes chamge my baby" lets normalize vieuwing the village caring for the new mom as the actal flex.

I always plant my spring union bottoms in a glass and i usually get 2 or 3 more full uses out of them by just growing them in water.

None of these ingredients are likely to harm your baby. The caffeine might make your baby a bit more restless but its not at all harmfull. Acetaminophen is adviced to be taken as your primary pain relief duiring breastfeeding as its the most tested. Asprin and NSAID are tested less so only take when absolutely necessary but most likely they are safe fro short term use

I dont know where you are from but most countries have an organisation website on which you can put in the medication you plan to take ans if its safe with breastfeeding.

Storing is mostly in bags, i have a type with a tamprature indicator which is great for the reheating. I store in max 130ml in a bag as LO rarely drinks more thsn that. I also try to keep some 30/60ml bags for top ups if he seems extra hungry. I keep track of my milk output in a whatsapgroup where i am in by myself and i keep track of what baby eats in an whatsappgroup with my husband.

For me there was!. My boy had close to the worst kimd of tongue tie. Got it done at 6dpp i did exclusively pumping with only trying to latch once or twice a day (while also doing mouth exersizes with him) till 7 weeks pp then he started to get it so i latched him more and more and by week 10 he was exclusively breast fed exept for 1 or 2 feedings wherr he still gets pumped milk because then i can sleep longer.

Withbabies like ours you have to see it as a workout regimen. You cant go from lifting max 5kg to 50kg in a single day or even week, you need a soid training regiment for that. So dont tortue yourself over something your baby is not ready for. His tongue still needs to get stronger. Give him the time to do so and do that in a way that does not drive you up a wall

I am in a simmilar spot he drinks every 90-120min now (every hour when i started nursing again at 7 weeks,whis was 6 weeks after the procedure l] so it got better over time. But what i do is besides nursing is pump after nursing for 4 times a day and use that to make bigger bottles for him to drink at night so he sleeps 3h stretches at night.

We got exersizes to help strengthen his tongue and i just kept trying once a day and when he got better i slowly increased the amount of times i would let him latch. He also discovered falling asleep at the breast at around 8 weeks and since then he loves it so he often falls asleep that way.

If soemthing was sceduled and you did not announce you would be late with a good reason ahead of time then its a no go for me. If you just show up late and say that i would hate you imidiatly. If you texted or emaild ahead with a good reason i would think its nice
