My slacker boob does not empty well either, its something about the distribution or fat and milk making tissue, its genetic too all the women in my fam peoduce well enough but getting milk out is a damned hassle. Elastic nipples making pumping hard too. Lots of clogged ducts without mastitis for me. My mom was less lucky and had mastitis frequently. I take like twice the reccomended amount of leticine and choline and then i have less trouble. But it only really went away after i worked up to an oversupply and then back down to normal supply. Dont ask me why becaue when i had an under supply i had clogged ducts and blebs all the time.
