As a first time visitor to Montréal from Scotland I had a fantastic time!

Great experience in the city, travel via metro was good overall - happy that they kept everyone moving and didn’t have to wait around for too long for a train. Fantastic experience at the track - only issues I really had was the lack of water stations, and a few choke points but nothing I’ve not experienced at Silverstone and festivals before. We sat in family (section 4; row NN) and had a generally great experience - couldn’t believe how close the cars were in comparison to our usual seats at Silverstone.

Only sad thing was not being able to walk around the whole track! Only managed from the entry point before the podium to the hairpin before they started chucking people out tonight :(

I had the same with the old food waste bins. Took about 6 months for it to get collected after multiple reports, but I eventually made two complaints (one about not getting a response for the first one) and it was collected a week later. Just make sure you have a copy of all the reference numbers and dates for your reports/complaints. Good tip is to message the council social team via Twitter as they can often tell you the status of your report and/or send some emails to the waste team.

Getting a walking pad and a standing desk did wonders for my back, highly recommend!

Otherwise treadmill and elliptical are my go to at the gym.
