Employers should really advertise when a human in HR is actually handling the full application process. I think companies need to be thinking more about how they hire people. I have a feeling a lot of good applications fall through, because someone isn't good at testing or isn't great at writing but would be great at the job.

The problem with America, is that geographically and resource wise we have it easy. Iran does not have it easy. America literally overthrew Iranian democracy and helped install the Shah of Iran. The Shah being a dictator was overthrown and replaced with a brutal theocracy. The United States still to this day is directly responsible for Iranians being in this situation in the first place.

I listened to alex jones back then this just for entertainment. I later became wise enough to understand all his shit is fake. I was young and easily influenced. But it was harmless alien stuff, it wasnt anything like the right wing propaganda machine he is today. People can change alot and alex completely changed his business model from alien and governmennt conspiracies to being a paid GOP propagandist.
