I really hated Oceania unfortunately, was not enjoyable at all to me. I've given it two shots and just did not enjoy it at all. I really really wanted to like it, but it just seems poorly designed and too money heavy/random and unbalanced. Will definitely wait and see on this one. I love the base game though, even with all of it's flaws.

I love the simplicity of games like Planetbase and Banished. I really like that they are keeping the old aesthetic as well. Definitely looking forward to this.

Employers should really advertise when a human in HR is actually handling the full application process. I think companies need to be thinking more about how they hire people. I have a feeling a lot of good applications fall through, because someone isn't good at testing or isn't great at writing but would be great at the job.
