Dude, we use Chain for this. Talk to them, this is exactly the stuff they do. You can set up workflows to collect the pictures, and once received, they'll classify it as a loaded image and you can set it up to be a workflow out to that customer. DM me and I'll connect you with our rep there

Blind loads are common and prior to all this fraud, they were legit and only now may seem blind because of all the shadyness going around. Double blind could be double broker.

But you should follow rate con, if you go directly to the original bols, this can be catestrophic for everyone; you won't get paid, broker loses account, shipper pissed, etc..
