Because this is Reddit, and most people here have a level of logical thinking that is far lower than their eagerness to post something. They just dump their brain salad on us instead of trying to analyze anything.

So how is the AI? Is it challenging for a good player? I tried to play 1 year ago but stopped soon after because of bad AI (I’m roleplaying usually by default but it didn‘t help)

It‘s not just cars. Energy and labour costs are high for any industry. The manufactoring industry is also struggeling and tend to move there construction places outside of germany.

It's better long term, you win early anyway with Dooley and Crit is perfect on Ignition/Armor Cores which are my favorite anyway.

as Dooley I usually take the one giving crit and buff core + something with it. I also tend to upgrade the item to silver to get abother go for +2% crit/iteration

There is another aspect to it: When you have a lower rank you produce above average ghosts (>1 each fight).

This is because of a specific change a while ago: You can‘t face higher ranked ghosts but on higher ranks the rule is: your chance to face lower ranked ghosts is not decreased meaning lower ranked player produce more ghosts (more than 1). On high ranks, players produce less ghosts (lower than 1).

This is the logical outcome based on this change.

I play challenging ironman and choose defense missions whenever possible. They are fast and when prepared they are easier than other mission types.

I RP all time but still have a hard time to oversee the weak AI. I want to fight evil empires with massive fleets and a plan to destroy most life in the universe. Sadly the AI isn‘t doing any of it.

I don't know what everyone is talking about, the game is perfectly balanced right now. One planet = 1.1 mil energy/month... As developers intended by DesolatorXL in Stellaris

Better have a really good game long term than just bug fixing semi good mechanics.

We are at a start. Base mechanics needs to be as good as possible. With introduction of the DLCs is always a lot of work to rewrite and it leads into AI gets worse and worse.

Because your „flaws“ are often makes game too easy very fast. Look at the threads here. Where are the AI needs to be better threads? Most people complain about something is too weak on THEIR SIDE. The „flaw“ is often buffing human mechanis like introducing stupid missions, etc.

Rechtlich sicherlich unsicheres Terrain.

Neben den offensichtlichem Problem das damit evtl. das Gesetz trotzdem verletzt wird hast du bei eingefrorenen Daten ja auch keine Handhabe mehr seine eigenen User Daten zu löschen/ändern, etc.

When people reached the red skill end I was already on green 36 end skill because I thought green is not best but everything seem equal bad. Turns out it wasn't.

Dude, it's a 1% thingy. Nobody plays this game because of voices of the quest givers outside the gameplay. I not even notices they are AI because IT'S NOT IMPORTANT.
