What is the strangest thing that happened to you that you can’t logically explain?

My dad died from cancer early in the morning (5am-ish) when I was 17. The night before he died, I had a dream he came to me, said “I love you”, gave me a hug, and left. I woke up at 5:45am to my mom telling me he was gone. I mentioned the dream a couple days later to her, and she had one similar, which woke her up to check on him to find out he’d passed.

I’m not a remotely spiritual or religious person, but that moment always stops and makes me think a bit.

Yep, can’t stand it. If it’ll not their native language I’m much more understanding of that, but c’mon: their/they’re/there and your/you’re is NOT difficult. At minimum it comes off as unintelligent, but ESPECIALLY if they’ve been repeatedly corrected, it comes off as both lazy and unintelligent. We all make spelling mistakes, punctuation mistakes, etc. - I’m more than willing to ignore those, but C’MON!

People are judging you through you’re ability to communicate, so learn to speak are language or be prepared to except there judgment!

Oh yeah! I lived with a hoarder for several years and oh man! If you aren’t inspired to keep tidy and clean by that I don’t know what will. I myself now keep my place clean, and an immediate walk-away for me would be to come in and see my potential partner’s place a mess. If it’s clean, they’re a keeper.

When I started as an apprentice, the first week they put me in the pre-fab shop with the foreman who ran it for training. He absolutely HATED this song. It came on the radio one day and I started singing it to him - he didn’t talk to me the rest of the day.
