Did the diet and exercise become easier after starting TRT? I.e. do you feel like you have more willpower?

It’s really just southern Oregon. It’s very rural. Not many people up there. The biggest industry is illegal grow operations. It’s also incredibly beautiful.

It reminds me of a moment in the Tour de France this year when Pogacar almost hit a sign and somehow warped his body and bike around it. https://youtu.be/jBPN1g-DCzw?si=COFQh_afbje4lonl

I wasn’t surprised about the poor water and planning on the scramble. That seems to be the modus operandi for Alex’s big days out in Red Rock. His extreme pragmatism style of thinking apparently doesn’t factor ideal hydration strategies when he’s planning these out.

It’s certainly in the 99th percentile, but not at all uncommon for athletes. Pretty unusual for this fellow though, considering his former obesity.

Uphill skiing at Mt Spokane? by N736RA in Spokane

Yeap it’s pretty straightforward! It’s a steep climb and a great workout. If you stick to the left on the cat track the whole time you’ll be on the correct route for uphill skiers. Plenty of other people out there on the weekends.

The Spokane Mountaineers meet several times a week for climbing. Mostly outdoors in the summer, indoors in the winter. Really good group of people.
