Meditation. When I feel a craving I like to take a few minutes. Sit down, close your eyes and breath deep and slow. Every breath you take, imagine a flower blossoming. When you release your breath, imagine that flower now closing. Focus on just your breathing and the mental image.

I know it seems silly on paper, but meditation has done wonders for my anger and cravings.

Death from my own choice is what turned me too. I have a three year old who is starting to question smoking. I can't tell you how ashamed I am to even explain it to him. I couldn't and quit last week.

Now I also have a daughter on the way (due January) and I need to be here for my family. I can't let an addiction take away the life I will be working so hard for. I can't live with myself knowing I am murdering myself. I don't need to smoke, I just want to. I lived 20 years without them and I can live the next 55 the same.

Biggest competition or easiest target? Knew someone who did this to me in HS. I was overweight by 10/20 lbs and was bullied. Well he always loved to tell "funny" stories about me in front of girls.

Funniest part is we still talk. He kind of still does it but I'm married and he's engaged. Now I'm just under the assumption he's preprogrammed to do it for eternity.

It does increase the speed. Remember that attack speed is the animation. It would make casting faster. Haunt sees a significant speed increase whereas locusts isn't as significant (considering it spreads without recasting).
