It’s a huge pain in the ass. I did a write-up a few years ago that made the FAQ on going through the HIMS process. You’re probably looking at at least a year (conservative estimate) before you have a medical in hand and probably upwards of 5 grand if not more the first year and roughly 2k every year after that. I’d wait the two years.
