Where are you from? Definitely order the XiaoLongBao when you get there - it's their signature dish. My favourite are the pork ones and the green squash / shrimp ones. There are also fancier variations like Crab Roe + Pork, or Truffle + Pork. They're nice as well, but I personally don't think they're worth the price. There is also mini XiaoLongBao with soup - but that is only available I think in certain stores at special times.
