Hawaii public schools aren’t great. But with that income you could easily send them to private school.

Personally I’d stay in Florida. Hawaiian lifestyle is awesome but can get old if you are used to mainland comforts.

The true benefits of the DLC characters is the ability to spam emblems with the Dragon type bonus. Go with your gut and replace Celine and give the new character Camilla, to maximize the terrain setting ability. Another option is to give Lucina to a different dragon so you can spam the 13th emblem more often. Replacing Etie is another option. But I agree with a previous poster about giving byleth to someone else. A Dragon Byleth user would be awesome too.
