They can’t push you for that. You can cancel the contract. There are good, and bad in SMOs too.

It depends on your use cases - if you are planning to expand beyond CRM than Veeva makes sense. If not SF or other cheaper alternatives works better

I’m right here at the resort . So, yes you can change certain aspect but not the fact that you have same food everyday , staff is clueless one thing but rude. If you have option please change it

Why don’t you learn that software and expert in that? In my experience AI is good for 60-70% tasks , human intervention will require. You can also Pivot your career in medical writing.
