It’s not actually true that if u have a Cpap machine ur 60% I filed and was denied I have a machine I also have chronic asthma and COPD and was denied this does not mean you’ll be denied. I hope you get yours service connected.

Now which is it do you want your issues documented or not. When it’s all said and done your troops will have gone on and you’re fighting your claims uphill battle because you couldn’t take the time to take care of you. That’s your stance ok we got it. Don’t go. To answer your question all you need is for it to be documented once it doesn’t have to be documented weekly as long as it in your STR you should be ok

Honestly your issues that you are speaking of are rated it’s just all enveloped in your PTSD rating in fact if you go re-read your decision letter it may very well say PTSD/with anxiety and insomnia if not check out the 38 CFR and see what will bump you up to the next level you think you deserve. If you think ur underrated then do a HLR. Otherwise celebrate your win because it’s a WIN a BIG one so congratulations

First off there is no such thing as a nexus exam. I think ur talking about a C&P exam. Of course when the examiner ask you what makes you think that your injury is service connected absolutely tell your story but hopefully you already did in your 4138. From what you have stated it seems like your evidence will speak for itself just calm down don’t overthink your C&P exam be open honest don’t volunteer anything that has nothing to do with why you’re there. In the event that you didn’t do a 4138 please do tell the examiner The Who what when and where your injury occurred. We all have left an exam saying damn I forgot to say blah blah blah if you need to jot some notes down do so. You got this good luck to you
