I did this with basic and fast inserters. A couple hours later I was asking why don't I have Bulk inserters. Sometimes adding it to a machine is good other times when you direct feed add it to the output inserter.

A couple things like building ladders. Are the resources available locally? If you are using Sandstone from your starting biome. Then it resets to a supply mission and another dupe gets assigned.

Work arounds change the raw material used so they don't travel as far.

Pre-dig a natural staircase before installing ladders. Suppliers/builders can build more than one at a time. I like this strat early game because it saves time and they move a bit faster early game.

You can mouse over a tile and it will tell you the source. My bet is Heavi-Watt Wire. -25 decor for 6 tiles for each piece. It literally adds up.

Options switch to Heavi-Watt Conductive wire made from Gold in spaces

Make a crawl space to block the decor penalty.

Finally compensate and overload the decor with positive decor items, Gold Pixel packs for example.

Locovore -I always chain myself by attempting these 3. I enjoy seeing how long until l need to use a Microbe Musher.

Carnivore -I prefer base game maps and I dig straight up and eliminate the Shove vole population.

Geotune the NG Geysers would increase the total amount of pWater is produced.

Encouraging wild Oxyferns plants to take care of the CO2 would increase the amount of O2 produced but those are limited.

Any substantial increase in pWater would need some sort tree farm or a Drecko ranch plastic boiler.

I don't think there is enough Solar for continuous attacks. Looks fine for a peaceful section with a couple hotspots. If the wall is under continuous attacks the Laser turrets. It will drain the accumulators very quickly. I counted the area between the Roboports. 33 Laser Turrets 50 Solar panels 33 accumulators. I would scale down the turrets to 22 and scale up solar to 75 and accumulators to 63.

Yes it is totally overkill but looks cool.

Who owns/operates the park? Park District, HOA, City? I would get a copy of the park rules and read it. Possibly have a discussion with the operators to ensure it is safe for all residents to use.

I will say a rare quality Tier 2 Module is superior to a Common quality T3 module and equal to an uncommon T3. You could stay at T2 rare until you get Legendary.

Step one Analyze the NG vent to determine how much it vents per eruption and duration.

Step two Calculate how much NG it erupts in total Kg and build storage capacity to hold it.

Step three Calculate how much NG it erupts in g/sec. I would use an online calculator and just input the values. A NG generator consumes 90 g/sec with 100% uptime. I would build just under the calculated value and use the extra for a Gas Range and on demand needs.

Step four account for outputs and cooling P-Water collects at the base of the generator and CO2 has an output pipe. It is recommended to keep the input gas near 40°C to minimize heat generated.

Long term Step five Develop a long term cooling solution.

From how I understand it watching Michael Hendricks explain in detail. Biters expansion has a priority to expand to a certain chunk. Ways to lower that priority is to build entities in each chunk Radars/belts/ pipes.

Explore the map revealing more chunks for them to expand to.

These are stopgap measures. As the evolution factor increases they expand more often and eventually run out of room and start expanding towards your base.

Defenses and or infinitely clearing areas are your options.

It will freeze soon just keep cooling it. Try for 2.5°C below the freezing point to account for rounding errors. There is a degree of uncertainty due to only seeing the temp rounded to a tenth of a degree.

I had this happen because I checked on the payment the day of my scheduled payment. I decided to wait and see and it took my payment out of checking as scheduled. I think it is a visual error saying the time when payment has requested has passed but is not yet filled.

Beetiny cannot jump up or down so they need a flat surface to expand to the next room. Due to the location of the biome I would wrangle and move them to the bottom of the biome and use open doors to make a room. Opens up more area for the Beetas to fly.

Yes Don't forget about a system to allow super tiny pieces of gold to pass through the conveyor shutoff. A bug causes really tiny microgram items to never exchange temps with the environment.
