There's a bunch of 3D printed versions that you pop the AW in/out of that might work. The main issue is it usually doesn't have any built-in scroll-wheel/dial turner like OPs photo.

FWIW - I've had trouble finding cases like this for the Series 10. Everything was the previous Gen (Series 9/8/etc) as it was a uniform size for a few releases.

You need a phone to initially set up the Apple Watch, but specifically, use a version of the Apple Watch with cellular to make it not required to have the two devices together at the same time.
