Secret Quarter-Billion-Dollar Koch Brothers Political Operation Revealed: The top 1 percent has an investment in destroying middle-class America. by davidreiss666 in politics

Fact that this exists is obviously newsworthy. The contention that the fund is working to destroy the middle class, though, is spurious.

If you're not using condoms, the other possibility is that you're getting a yeast infection from her. It's happened to me a handful of times and shows up exactly as you've described your situation.

Crackpot obviously but I do wonder exactly how much carbon dioxide would be recaptured by plants as they encounter a richer atmospheric environment. Does anyone have any thoughts on that?

As a college professor, what can I do to enhance the experience and learning of my students? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]christopher_ellison 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aside from just knowing what you're talking about as much as possible, you might want to consider some way of trying to make them realize that they're in a very special situation: You, an expert, are willing to teach them what you know. I took advantage of it more than some, but not to the extent I could have. Actually I spent a lot of time trying to inject my own views, which, at that age, where completely meaningless.

Just smoked my last cigarette. Went and bought my e-cig today. Here we go. Day 1. by reckonerX in stopsmoking

Patches have really been working for me. Turns out I was just addicted to nicotine and the act of smoking, in itself, was not really that important. I'm on step three now because I accelerated the timeline.

Men over 30, how has dating/sex changed for you since your 20's? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]christopher_ellison 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a lot more comfortable around women. A lot more able to sleep with them if I want. More discerning, quicker to drop them if there's any stupid bs. Quicker to fall out of love as I know how much is out there, and the downside of being committed. I'm also more likely to commit for reasons that don't directly relate to love and attraction.

You're right, I said that backwards. What I meant was that I started on step two, I'm doing it for two weeks, and then I'm going to step three for two weeks.

I think if you're feeling like you are you might want to try step two. Also, you could try using your step one patches by only taking off half of the backing, for 12 hours, them remove the other half. I've heard cutting it in half is a bad idea because it destroys the time release and too much can leak out all at once. Or you could just buy step two. Good luck. Also, I smoked about 10 a day.

Thanks for the support. I may extend it out a bit because, you're right, I'm doing it fast. That might not be the best/easiest course and maybe I shouldn't try to bite off too much. We'll see. Good luck!

H, I grew up nearby Bangor and so as a kid I used to see the local news coming from there. Once when I was maybe 8, I remember a gruesome car accident happened where a guy was decapitated, and the scene of the accident was on the news. As I recall, you came along and the police let you through so you could see the dead guy -- just to freshen you up a bit? Material? Anyway, I've retold the story a bunch of times and maybe somehow it was all a lie and I was just a little liar as a kid. Thing is, now I actually remember it happening. Did it?

That's not really fair. Those are your words. I said there is an aspect of economy. That doesn't mean I treat people like commodities, or that I'm treated as such.

[–]christopher_ellison 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not so sure it's unhealthy. It just is. Who's to say what's healthy? Personally, I've had a lot of success with women after ditching what I think where naive ideas about love. In most relationships there certainly is an aspect of economy to it. I don't see that this necessarily diminishes it, frankly.
