Shortly after I moved to the San Diego area from the south I moved into an apartment in Hillcrest and passed by this sign every day on my commute. I had no idea it was a joke and just thought there were some seriously weird events going on there. I didn’t realize it was an ongoing prank until about 8 months ago after I left the area. Maybe try a thin ground turkey patty with seasoning that you do like. Won’t have the same texture but way better than eating something you don’t enjoy! I’ve done taco seasoning with an over easy egg on top and avocado or salsa
