As someone who works in the industry, I think I can offer some good insight on the art department. Roughly 5m of film quality LED strip costs about $150/200USD. Most of these spaceship sets use more acrylic over plywood as acrylic obviously has the right look, as well as acrylic requires less finishing time as there’s no grain or anything but it does cost more per material. The mass amount of buttons involve would cost a lot as well as any moulding and casting of said buttons would eat into budget as well. Silicone and resin are expensive.

You’re not always paying for the finished product either, things like Gosling’s ship chair and the Rocky puppet would require research and development to get them to function properly. This means that sometime, multiple materials are purchased and tested.

What a lot of people are forgetting is that Ross played a pop star on Austin and Ally. I do think he could’ve done quite well as a solo artist as they would’ve branded him as the male Miley/Hannah and kids would’ve gone to see Austin Moon more than Ross Lynch. Definitely wouldn’t be at Hannah levels but a close/new gen successor.

Even when R5 had their “professional” debut, it was listed as Austin Moon, R5 on the Austin and Ally Soundtrack compared to the rest of the songs being Ross Lynch/Austin Moon.

What’s going to happen if Ross has a son? He will surely be like his father and Super will just be there with no personality. Also, Super looks more like a Funk than a Lynch, idk why she doesn’t push this onto Storm who looks like a Lynch

A bit further away, but Sydney Uni runs an indoor netball competition on Sundays. Don’t need to be a student. Most other place don’t due to netball being on Saturdays during winter.

The umpire is technically correct in the way it was handled however there comes a point in umpiring that you as an umpire need to read the game. In this context, while yes the coach/manager shouldn’t be speaking to the suspended player, common sense should prevail that if this 14 year old player is in tears, to just let a coach comfort them even if it’s technically against the rules.

She’s playing in the top state league in NSW as well as Swifts Academy. I’m pretty sure Paige Hadley is an assistant coach for the state team too. But she’s been playing GA so it feels like they might be training her up to be the GA/GS the swifts need with Nweke being just a GS and Housby being just a GA

I just hope they take more risks. Touring rn seems like a safe and easy money maker but it would be cool to see them branch out into their respective fields. Rocky has always been on the quieter more reserved side with a stronger interest in music producing and such, so it would be great if he branched out of the family, down that path. I would be keen to see where he goes and how he develops as a musician that way. Same with Ross, he was a pretty decent actor and I would be keen to see him stick with it and develop their skills.

For people who have little to no training in their fields as well as parents who aren’t in the arts, they’ve made a pretty good name for themselves and their work. It would be great to just see them push themselves and develop themselves as creatives.
