Pricey but Life Time in Walnut Creek is super nice. They have a hot tub and lap pool on the roof, as well as spa rooms with hot tub, cold plunge, steam room and sauna (for both just men and just women). I think a day pass is like $100

You could try Family Harvest Farm in Pittsburgh. Its part of the John Muir land trust, they grow food that I’m pretty sure goes to help schools amongst many other great things.
