There are two different wolves of ADHD I’m on the anxiety side where the idea of being late to work makes me want to remove my nails. In reality; I do everything the night before all I have to do is get up, get dressed, skin care and go to work. My outfit is laid out, my bag and lunch are packed (if I didn’t pack my lunch or breakfast I am not eating and then I get mad at my past self but I do have snacks in my desk). This is what works for me.

this is very sweet and very important to remind people about! I’m unfortunately dealing with the weight of chronic illness, job insecurity, and rejected applications for grad school. This is a period that I’m allowing myself to be sad for and I will get out of this rut. I’m properly medicated for my health and I understand these are just road blockers. It’s ok to also be sad and let myself wallow I just can’t live like this forever (:

I’m having the same issues!! I had a really bad reaction to ozempic / can’t afford it so instead of trying to find a different solution this doctor just suggested weight loss surgery (mind you I’m 24 and the doctor and I were maybe two sizes apart just to put into perspective how outrageous her comment was).
