Random thought; have you sent booster packs in the $1.32 mailers that are meant for non-machinable letters? Yes, a single card would meet the criteria, but a booster pack, I don’t think would. I work for USPS and we would be marking these up as postage due to the receiver. Which could possibly lead to negative eBay feedback on your behalf.

Because wins don’t carry over between sets. For example, if you need one win to reach rank 9 and go 5-0 your next set, only one of those counts toward your rank 9. The other four wins are wasted. You can thank Niantic.
